What you get
SIM call logging
The Android app reads permitted inbound, outbound and missed call-log facts. Device-reported SIM evidence carries an explicit confidence state; unsupported or ambiguous mappings stay unresolved.
Offline-tolerant sync
Calls are queued on the device and retried in idempotent batches after connectivity returns. Real reboot, force-stop and OEM battery behaviour remains part of the held-device acceptance matrix.
Team, branches and devices
Invite agents, group them into branches, and see every enrolled device with its sync health. Credentials can be rotated or revoked per device.
Leads and follow-ups
Turn calls into leads, track stages, add notes, and schedule follow-ups with due and overdue views for the whole team.
Analytics and export
Daily and hourly call volumes, answer rates, talk time and per-agent leaderboards in your organization’s timezone, exportable as spreadsheet-safe CSV.
Audit trail
Administrative and data-changing actions are recorded to an audit log. Durable history remains until a platform super administrator completes the audited date-range deletion workflow.
Call recording, where offered, works by importing recordings your phone’s own dialer already makes on supported devices. Farminghub Call Analyzer never captures call audio itself, and we don’t promise recording on any particular phone — see device support.
