Who we are

Farminghub Call Analyzer provides call-activity tracking to organizations ("customers"). The organization that deploys Farminghub Call Analyzer decides what is collected from its team and is responsible for informing its members; Farminghub Call Analyzer processes that data on the organization's behalf.

What we collect

  • Account data: names, work email addresses or phone numbers, roles and branch assignment of the people your organization invites.
  • Call metadata from enrolled phones: numbers, direction, status, times, durations and which SIM handled the call.
  • Device-binding data sent at sign-in: an app/device identifier, manufacturer, model, Android version and app version.
  • If a team member separately grants the optional Contacts permission, the display name returned for an exact number already present in a captured call. The app applies configured number exclusions first and does not enumerate or bulk-upload the address book. An enriched name can fill an empty organization CRM contact, but cannot overwrite a name entered by your team.
  • Call recordings only where the phone's own dialer made them and your organization enabled import on that device, with in-app consent recorded first.
  • Leads, notes, tags and follow-ups your team creates, and operational diagnostics from enrolled phones: battery and power state, granted-permission state, capture-query result, call watermark, pending/failed/held counts and sync attempt/result status.
  • An audit log of administrative actions (actor, action, time).

The app does not capture call audio itself, does not read message content, and does not collect device location.

How long we keep it

Call history and recordings are retained for as long as your organization's account exists, unless your organization asks us to delete a date range. Deletion is performed through a controlled, audited process with a 30-day recovery window before permanent removal.

CRM contacts, including a name optionally enriched from a phone, are shared organization records. Deleting a date range of calls does not automatically delete a Contact that may be used by other calls or CRM activity; it remains until the applicable organization or account data-lifecycle action removes it.

Sharing

We do not sell data. Data is visible only to authorized members of your organization according to their role, and to Farminghub Call Analyzer operators strictly for running and supporting the service. Infrastructure providers process data under their own terms solely to host the service.

Your choices

Team members can decline the main in-app consent (the device then sends no call, contact or recording data). They can separately decline or revoke the optional Contacts permission and continue syncing call metadata without contact names. Access or correction requests can be raised through the organization's administrator, who can contact us for anything requiring platform action.
