The service
Farminghub Call Analyzer logs call activity from your organization's enrolled Android phones and presents it in a dashboard with leads, follow-ups and analytics. Features that depend on a phone's manufacturer capabilities (such as importing dialer recordings) are provided as available on that device, not guaranteed universally.
Your responsibilities
- Use Farminghub Call Analyzer only for legitimate business call tracking of your own team, with your team members informed and consenting in-app.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including telephone-recording and data-protection requirements for your customers.
- Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any compromise.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data or probe the service's security.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page in effect when you subscribe. Online payment is not yet live; subscriptions are currently activated by our team. If a subscription lapses, access may be restricted until it is renewed; your data is not deleted by a lapse.
Data
Your organization's data remains yours. Our handling of it is described in the privacy policy. Call history is retained until your organization requests deletion through the controlled deletion process.
Service changes and liability
We may improve or change the service over time and will not deliberately remove core capability you depend on without notice. The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the period in which a claim arises.
